Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization Programs

Provide IOP, PHP, and outpatient rehab/detox programs for children and adolescents. For appointments: 614-819-3463.

3. Nationwide Children's Hospital Eating Disorders Program - Downtown Close to Home Center - 500 E. Main St., 3rd Fl., Columbus, OH 43215

​

Provide outpatient, inpatient, and PHP services for children aged 12-18. For appointments: 614-355-6300.

4. Nationwide Children's Hospital Mood and Anxiety Program - Big Lots Behavioral Health Pavilion - 444 Butterfly Gardens Dr., Columbus, OH 43215

Provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), intensive outpatient therapy, and anxiety/avoidance therapy. For appointments: 614-355-6895.

2. Nationwide Children's Hospital Youth Stabilization Unit

​

The inpatient psychiatric unit is the highest level of mental health care available at Nationwide Children’s and is collaboration between Psychiatry, Nursing and Big Lots Behavioral Health Services. The inpatient psychiatric unit provides intensive hospitalization for youth and adolescents.

​

The unit has 26 beds and offers psychiatric medical services and brief intensive therapy for children and families. The goals for the unit are to provide family-centered care and crisis stabilization, as well as appropriate linkage to ongoing services that meet the needs of the youth and the family.
