Hollie Galzarano, MEd, EdS
Independent School Psychologist
Hollie Galzarano is a licensed independent School Psychologist who is certified through the Ohio Board of Psychology and works across both school and clinical settings in providing services. She earned her Master in Educational Psychology and Educational Specialist in School Psychology degrees from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication from John Carroll University. She holds a dual license in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Hollie has worked with several Central Ohio public and charter schools over the past eleven years, providing services across all school age ranges from preschool through high school. She has a comprehensive background in psychoeducational assessments and evaluations, counseling, utilizing and implementing interventions, transition planning beyond high school, consultation, and developing executive functioning skills. She has experience evaluating and supporting children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, anxiety and depression. Hollie participated in the Dyslexia Task Force through the Ohio School Psychologist Association in 2013 and is a strong advocate for identifying and bridging the gaps for students with reading challenges.
Hollie is committed to bringing a compassionate and empathetic approach in helping support students and their families build the skills and confidence they need to be successful. Her mission is to focus on every child’s unique qualities and individual strengths in order to guide them on a healthy path for the future.
As a mother of two young daughters, she values time with her family, enjoys cooking, sharing her love of singing with her daughters, reading and riding rollercoasters.
