Re'Sean Jetson, PhD
Counseling Psychologist
Re'Sean earned his Bachelor's in Psychology from Capital University in 2015, with minors in Social Work and Theatre, and his M.S.E. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2018. While completing his master’s, he provided behavioral therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis in 2022, completing a doctoral internship at The Ohio State University, where he founded a Self-Care group. He completed post-doctoral training under Dr. Rebecca Becker.

Re'Sean takes a person-centered, emotion-focused approach to therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and a safe space for clients to process their concerns. He views clients as the experts in their own lives, serving as a "guide on the side" to help them reach their potential.
His professional interests include identity development, multicultural issues, LGBTQ+ support, first-generation college students, trauma, self-care, self-esteem, mindfulness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional intelligence, toxic masculinity, and Black/African-American client concerns.
